Shipping policy
Original Artwork
We aim for original artwork to be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, dispatch may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please allow additional days for delivery as estimated below:
Delivery to Channel Islands and UK - 2-3 working days after dispatch
Delivery to ROW - 1-2 weeks after dispatch
DHL Express is our preferred courier service for orders outside of Guernsey. Orders sent via DHL will come with a tracking number and customers will receive delivery updates directly from DHL.
We do not take responsibility for delay in transit due to weather, customs delays or delay due to missed/incorrect information from the customer.
Shipping is included in the purchase price.
VAT/Import Duties and Taxes
Orders to UK: Import VAT is included in purchase price where applicable.
Other locations: VAT and Taxes are not included. Shipments may be subject to customs taxes and duties on import. As the recipient it is your responsibility to pay any charges that arise as a result of any customs taxes and duties. We do not have the capability to inform you of customs charges before you checkout.
